Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg is seeking an Administrative Officer to join the Patient Services team. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle patient bookings and correspondence, and support the clinical staff in the Outpatients Department.

The role requires strong organisational skills, compassion, and the ability to learn recent systems (iPM, EHS, CPF). A current police check and vaccination status may be required.
