Groundworks, LLC in the United States is seeking a Service Appointment Representative to join our in-office team. You will handle inbound calls, place warm outbound calls, and schedule follow-up maintenance appointments, while entering payment data when selling yearly maintenance packages.

This role offers a base pay of $15 per hour plus a $3 bonus per appointment scheduled, with additional commissions on service plans. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am–6 pm, with comprehensive perks.
