Minor Hotels’ Avani Cypress Lakes Resort seeks a food & beverage team leader to join on a full-time basis. You will lead a small F&B; team, oversee daily service, mentor staff, and ensure service standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

Ability to coach, roster, and maintain RSA and hygiene standards is essential. The role offers competitive hourly rates, rostering across mornings and evenings, and opportunities for growth opportunities within a global hospitality group.
