Life Without Barriers is seeking a Casual Aged Care Home & Community Assistant in Mackay to provide personalised in-home support for older Australians. You will travel between clients’ homes in Mackay, with a kilometre allowance reimbursed at 1.01 per kilometre while you work.

Shifts run 7:00 am–7:00 pm, Monday to Friday; no weekend/evening/overnight work. You’ll assist with daily tasks, personal care, and transport to appointments, building robust relationships with clients and their families.
