The Brook Point Cook in Point Cook, operated by Pegasus Leisure Group, is seeking an experienced Casual Commis Chef to join a rapid-paced kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated crew to prep, plate and support during service while maintaining high standards.

Join a vibrant hospitality group and contribute to warm, friendly service in a pub-style venue. A rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays is required, with opportunities for growth within PLG.
