City of Ryde is seeking a Senior Coordinator Operations for Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre (RALC) to lead day-to-day operations, safety and customer experience during a period of growth and facility upgrades. You will report to the RALC Manager, lead operational teams, manage plant and aquatic operations, drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement, and help deliver exceptional community services.
