Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

- actingforarangeofCommonwealthandNSWgovernmentdepartmentsandagencies

- independentlyrunningsubpoena-relatedapplications,includingappearingincourtsandtribunalsacrossNSW





- handlingparliamentaryrequestsfortheproductionofdocuments

- broaderadministrativelaw,judicialreviewandcomplexlitigationmatters

Aboutyou

- experienceadvisingCommonwealthand/orStateGovernmentclients(exposuretolawenforcementagenciesisaplus)

- excellentdraftingandcommunicationskills,withcloseattentiontodetail

- confidencerunningmattersthroughtoresolution

- theabilitytomanageabusy,deadline-drivenpractice
