Employment Hero in Australia seeks a senior payments compliance leader to serve as a Responsible Manager for its AFSL and to drive global AML/CTF standards. You will own licensing, risk, and regulatory reporting while collaborating with product, engineering, and commercial teams.

You will lead in-country compliance leads as the company expands into the UK, Canada, and Recent Zealand, and you will help shape the controls and governance for payments, payroll, and employer of record products.
