Role: Centre Director / Early Childhood Centre Manager

Location: Hamilton, VIC

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + Attractive Incentives

What You'll Be Doing

- People Leadership: Lead, inspire, and retain a high-performing team of educators through ongoing training and mentorship

- Educational Quality: Drive continuous improvement under the NQF, ensuring exceptional early learning standards

- Operations & Compliance: Maintain full operational compliance, child safety standards,



and enrolment targets

- Community Connection: Build solid relationships with families and the broader Hamilton community

Requirements & Qualifications

- Qualification: Children's Services (or higher Early Childhood qualification)

- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in childcare management, team leadership, and staff retention

- First Aid & Health: Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications

- Compliance & Safety: Comprehensive understanding of child safety, compliance, and regulatory standards

- Training: Child Safety / Gekko Training completed

- Work Rights: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and full Australian work rights

- References: Ability to provide 2 professional supervisory references
