Holcim is seeking a Production Supervisor or Batcher in charge at Bibra Lake, Perth, WA. The role focuses on managing the concrete production process, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards on site.

You will lead batching operations, oversee front-end loader activities, and coordinate materials, maintenance, and team performance in a permanent, full-time role with in office training and support from a close-knit Holcim team.
