Transit Systems NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to own high-volume recruitment across NSW, including bus operators, maintenance and corporate roles. You will partner with operational leaders, shape hiring plans and build a strong candidate pipeline, delivering a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.

You will travel occasionally across 11 depots and participate in interviews, events and information sessions, with a transparent pathway to leadership
