Design & Build Recruitment client, a National Tier 2 builder, seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator for a recent $100M commercial project in Western Sydney. You will work with project teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery on complex builds.
Role responsibilities include subcontractor package prep, progress claims, subcontract finalisation, expenditure tracking and RFIs to clients and consultants. A construction management degree and head contractor experience are essential.
