Aequalis Consulting is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive civil Balance of Plant estimates for wind farms and related energy infrastructure. You will lead earthworks, drainage, pavements, and subcontractor packages across Brisbane or Melbourne, coordinating with engineering and project teams to deliver competitive tenders.

The role requires hands-on estimating experience in civil projects, solid commercial judgement, and the ability to challenge assumptions while maintaining schedule and client
