Mineral Technologies, a Downer subsidiary, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to protect commercial interests and lead the Contracts Administration team through the equipment order lifecycle from customer acceptance to delivery and close out.

You will negotiate terms, manage risks, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Project Delivery and Finance to ensure compliant execution and favorable commercial outcomes.
