You will work with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to improve access to mental health, AOD and community supports, delivering person-centred, culturally secure and integrated care.

You will reduce barriers, provide practical help, and strengthen pathways between the Centre and external services, building trust and ensuring timely
