Riverside is seeking a Service Charge Analyst to manage non-social property within the Riverside portfolio, including leasehold, shared ownership, private rented and commercial tenures.

The role requires a degree, robust IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and high numerical ability to handle large data files while meeting tight deadlines. The post reports to the Head of Service Charge & Rents and offers a pathway within Riverside’s housing services.
