Senior Engineers

n

● Hands-on engineers building APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational experiences

n

● Strong focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing and operational excellence

n

n

Candidates should bring solid software engineering fundamentals across React/TypeScript,

n

C#/.NET, APIs, microservices, cloud-native development (Azure/AWS), DevSecOps,

n

CI/CD, automated testing and production support, combined with practical experience

n

delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions.

n

Key capabilities include:

n

● Building AI agents and conversational applications

n

● API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration

n

● RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval

n

● Conversational AI,



including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and

n

context management

n

● Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails

n

● Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring

n

Highly desirable experience includes:

● Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel

n

● Dynamics 365 Contact Centre

n

● Voice Bots, IVR, PSTN and contact-centre routing
