EE Position

Komatsu South Africa is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Accounts Officer: National Creditors to join the Finance Division within the Group Operations Reporting Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and capture supplier/creditor invoices.

- Reconcile supplier statements and creditor accounts.

- Verify invoice documentation and authorisations.

- Follow up on outstanding queries with operational units.

- Assist with month-end reporting and payment processing.

- Maintain accurate creditor records and vendor information.

- Support leadership with accounts payable administration.

Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12.

- 2-Year Accounting Diploma.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.

- Minimum 2 years' Financial Accounting exposure.

- SAP Accounts Payable experience will be advantageous.

- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
