Sydney, Australia (Hybrid) Contract: Initial 8-week freelance contract (with potential to extend) Start: ASAP We're looking for an experienced Producer or Senior Producer to join a leading experiential agency on an exciting client account. This is a rapid-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality brand experiences from concept through to execution. What You'll Be Doing
• Leading the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events
• Managing timelines, budgets and project plans
• Coordinating suppliers, venues and production partners
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless project delivery




• Supporting on-site event execution where required What we're looking for
• Proven experience producing experiential, events or brand activation projects
• Agency experience is highly desirable
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent stakeholder and client management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
