The Company

Our client is one of Australia’s leading providers of specialised technical building services for complex, commercial and mission-critical facilities.

You will be involved in, but not limited to:

- To install the full range of electrical services: Cable support systems, wiring of light and power, lighting control systems, security systems, communication systems, PA systems, BMS systems & Hearing Augmentation systems
- Climbing of ladders and lifting up to 20kg, crawling, twisting and bending of the trunk are sometimes required due to confined spaces
- Working in high rise buildings, occasionally working in extreme environmental conditions, e.g. temperature, lighting, noise and smell
- Sensory requirements of colour awareness and hearing

To be successful, you will have

- A Grade Electrical Licence (Essential)
- Current Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Certification and / or training in management (Desirable)




- 4 years Proven experience in building services and maintenance, ideally within a hospital, healthcare, or other critical facility workplace (Desirable)
- Commercial experience in Light and power, Mechanical & Switchboards, electrical fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance across large-scale facilities
- Strong hands-on problem-solving ability and practical knowledge of electrical system with Excellent communication skills, with a positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
- Advanced computer skills with experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite

On Offer:

Hourly rate: $68/hr Grade 5 (EBA) Paid under the ETU enterprise bargaining agreement rates.
All freedom of information, travel, site, Leading Hand allowances, use of personal car, power tools, uniform, PPE provided

Day shift hours: Mon-Fri7am-3:30pm - overtime is available, X2 RDO's,
