Play a key role in complex Commercial Litigation and Dispute matters within a growing, high performing specialist firm

Duties will include:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, insolvency, and financial disputes.
- Advise clients on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Prepare pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents.
- Develop litigation strategies and represent clients throughout dispute resolution processes.
- Brief and liaise with counsel, experts, and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.
