We're partnering with a growing real estate investment firm seeking an experienced Fund Finance Manager to join their Sydney CBD team on a 3-month contract with the potential to convert permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting across a portfolio of private real estate funds.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and NAV calculations.
- Manage fund audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain fund accounting records and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Partner with investment and asset management teams on budgeting, financial modelling and financial risk monitoring.
- Coordinate investor reporting, payments and other fund operational requirements.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Experience in fund finance, property investment or real estate funds.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, audit and tax compliance.
