Kirinari Aged Care in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support client registration, care planning and coordinated services. The role covers personal care, home nursing, domestic assistance, shopping, transport and respite to deliver client-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have a Cert IV in Aged Care, a valid driver license, reliable insured vehicle, current First Aid & CPR, and transparent National Police and NDIS checks.
