The Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Civic Events Officer to coordinate and deliver civic, commemorative and community events in the Toowoomba CBD. You will apply specialist event knowledge to plan, logistics, governance and compliance, and to manage budgets, suppliers, contractors, casual staff and volunteers.

This temporary full-time role supports productive event operations and continuous improvement of procedures, working under general direction. Closing date: 5 November 2026.
