Rugby World Cup Australia 2027 seeks a Workforce Coordinator to support workforce operations for the 2027 tournament. Based in Sydney CBD, you’ll assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, communications, and documentation to ensure seamless tournament delivery and a excellent workforce experience.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage records in the Tournament Management System, and may travel to host cities for training and readiness checks.
