Akiba Canberra Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in a busy, high-volume venue. You will take ownership of daily operations and ensure superior guest experiences.

You will oversee rostering, costs, staff training and KPI tracking, while maintaining venue presentation in collaboration with the Head Chef and senior management. This is a full time leadership role offering clear progression within the group and a competitive salary.
