This role provides essential administrative support to the internal Service team, enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties include:

- Perform data entry and service invoicing.
- Manage site access requests for mining clients.
- Assist with onboarding recent technicians.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries via email and phone.
- Raise purchase orders and monitor shared email inboxes.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Drivers licence with reliable transport.
- 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel.
- Experience using Ariba and SAP is highly regarded
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug screen.
