- Sequence of service experience in a banquet environment
- Impeccable grooming standards
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A current RSA
- A current Police Check / Working with Vulnerable People Clearance or happy to obtain.
- A Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) would also be excellent or be prepared to obtain through Express.
