You will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional service directly to our guests' rooms,



ensuring every order is delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and a personalized touch. **Key Responsibilities:** + Deliver exceptional guest service that is engaging, attentive, and tailored to each guest's individual needs. + Accurately take and process In Room Dining orders, ensuring all special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are communicated and fulfilled. + Prepare, deliver, and present beverage and food orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining W Hotels' luxury service standards. + Set up and clear In Room Dining trays, trolleys, and service equipment efficiently while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors, pantries, and work areas. + Develop a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, beverage selections, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests with recommendations and upselling opportunities. + Collaborate closely with Culinary, Bars, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless order delivery and an exceptional guest experience. + Ensure all cash handling, billing, and room charge procedures are completed accurately in accordance with company standards. + Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness at all times. + Anticipate guest needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through the delivery of personalized service. **BENEFITS** + Discounts on hotel rooms including all properties within the Marriott International group,
