Capital and consumables sales is about building the case and seeing it through. Sales cycles can be longer and the stakes are bigger. You'll work across multiple stakeholders, from surgeons and clinical teams to hospital boards and buying groups. It suits a hustler: someone who loves building relationships, navigating complexity and landing the deals that matter. a graduate program or another sales role. No degree required.
