Mars is seeking a Commissioning, Validation & Start-up Lead for the Asquith site. You will own end-to-end commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities for major capital investments, working with site, regional, and global CVS standards.

You will bridge engineering and operations, ensuring on-time ramp-up within budget and delivering high safety and quality. Solid leadership and stakeholder management are essential.
