About Our Practice

North Brisbane Dental Clinic is a busy, privately owned general dental practice located in Brisbane’s inner north. Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown into a thriving seven-surgery practice with nine dentists and three hygienists.

Our clinicians provide a comprehensive range of dental services, including general dentistry, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry.

Behind our clinicians is a dedicated team of support staff who take pride in delivering outstanding patient care and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We also have an on-site dental laboratory equipped with the latest digital technology, allowing us to produce mouthguards, retainers, splints and most crowns in-house.

We’re proud of the practice we’ve built and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellent patient care, teamwork and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping everything run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease.

- Managing appointments,



patient bookings and scheduling.

- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.

- Processing payments, billing and HICAPS claims.

- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.

- Assisting with instrument sterilisation when required.

- Helping with treatment room setup and pack-down when needed.

- Supporting the wider team to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

About You

You’ll be a great fit for our team if you:

Previous dental industry experience is an advantage, but not essential. We’re happy to provide on-the-job training for the right person. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping people.
