Wellways Australia Limited, in partnership with APMHA Healthcare and GV Health, seeks an AOD Wellbeing Navigator Peer to provide strengths-based peer support within Greater Shepparton, Strathbogie and Moira. You will draw on personal lived experience to build trust, connect participants with services, and promote recovery and empowerment.

You will work to engage with clinical services, support care planning and lead group sessions, helping individuals recognise their strengths and possibilities
