Life Without Barriers in Mackay is seeking a House Manager (Permanent Part-Time) to lead our Semi-Independent Living program, supporting young people to build skills and independence. You will mentor a team of Youth Workers, ensure consistent care planning, and promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice in daily operations.

You will oversee rostering, risk management and service delivery, contributing to meaningful outcomes and robust partnerships with families and communities.
