About the role

Alpha Allied Health is seeking Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Remedial Massage Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to join our team in Perth.

What you'll be doing

As a qualified allied health professional, your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with a primarily adult to older adult caseload in the community

- Conducting home visits across Perth for client assessments and regular evidence-based treatment as required

- Developing individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols as required to optimise clinical outcomes

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including patient records and progress notes

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Current AHPRA , ESSA or SPA registration or Association Membership for Massage Therapists

- A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry or Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy

- Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle

- Demonstrated clinical experience in your chosen discipline, with a solid understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment principles





- Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- A patient-centred approach to care, with a commitment to achieving positive patient outcomes

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
