Who We're Looking For:

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Roster Whiz to join our team.

Maybe you're an experienced scheduler who thrives on solving the daily puzzle of rostering. Maybe you've worked in home care and just get it - the last-minute changes,



the importance of matching the right support worker to the right client, and the need to keep services running seamlessly no matter what the day throws at you.

- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or home care highly desirable

- A highly organised and proactive approach

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- The ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure

- Someone who loves bringing order to chaos and finding solutions

What You'll Do:

- Coordinate and maintain support worker rosters

- Manage shift changes, leave requests, and coverage gaps

- Match staff to client needs and preferences

- Communicate confidently with employees and clients

- Help ensure reliable, consistent service delivery

- Contribute to managing the implementation and scheduling of education and wellness programs
