We are working with a high-end residential builder on the Gold Coast who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of an exciting waterfront townhouse development in Palm Beach.

You'll be working directly with the business owners. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on team that understands construction and takes pride in delivering high-quality luxury projects.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for delivering this $4.3M townhouse development from commencement through to completion and handover.

You'll be coordinating trades,



managing construction programmes, overseeing quality and safety, and ensuring the project runs efficiently.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their site and will lead from the front.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience managing residential construction projects valued at $3M+
- Demonstrated ability to run projects independently from start to finish
- Experience with multi-storey construction and suspended concrete slabs highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and site safety
- Excellent trade coordination, communication and organisational skills
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to lead by example
- Ideally a QBCC Supervisors / Builders Licence
