About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Pharmacist to join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Dapto. This is a full time position based in Dapto, NSW 2530. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and advice to our customers, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Your expertise and patient-focused approach will be integral to maintaining the excellence and reputation of our pharmacy, contributing directly to the health and wellbeing of our local community.

What you'll be doing

- Dispensing medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with prescription requirements and pharmaceutical standards

- Providing expert advice to customers regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions

- Conducting medication reviews and health assessments to optimise patient outcomes

- Managing pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, storage and stock rotation

- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation

- Collaborating with healthcare practitioners to support patient care and clinical outcomes

- Providing vaccination services and immunisation advice where applicable

- Supervising pharmacy staff and ensuring adherence to pharmacy protocols and procedures

- Staying current with pharmaceutical developments, industry best practice and continuing professional development requirements

- Promoting healthy lifestyle choices and preventative health measures within the community

What we're looking for

- Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia)

- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting

- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic uses, contraindications and potential interactions

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex pharmaceutical information clearly to diverse audiences





- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and computer technology

- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of pharmacy practice

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Customer service excellence and a genuine commitment to patient care

- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) requirements and compliance

- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
