Zoe Allied Health Clinics
Maroochydore
For a speechie around three years in, ready for the next step - we'd love to meet you!
You’ve found your feet, now you’re after your stride.
Three years in something changes. You can run an assessment without second-guessing every decision. You’ve got families who ask for you by name. And somewhere in there you start asking - what’s next? Maybe it’s a special interest you want to go deep on. Maybe it’s mentoring someone earlier in the journey. Maybe it’s simply landing somewhere that trusts you to lead your own work. If you’ve been having that conversation with yourself - keep reading.
Zoe Allied Health is a predominately paediatric clinic across two calm, light-filled sites in Caloundra and Maroochydore. And/or if you're interested in adults and seniors, we'd also love to hear from you. Speech works alongside OT, Psychology and Allied Health Assistants so the families we see get real wrap-around MDT care, and you’ve always got someone down the hall to think out loud with. Zoe means life. It’s the bar we set for the families we serve and for the way we look after each other.
The work
You’ll see Autism, AAC, Feeding and Swallowing, ADHD, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, speech sound disorders and DLD across clinic and community. It’s wide-ranging and creative, and it’ll ask you to think on your feet. Because you’re past the finding-your-feet stage, we won’t hover. We’ll back you to shape a caseload around the areas you most want to master.
Where this could go (the part most ads leave out)
You’re not looking to be propped up. You’re looking to grow. So let’s be specific about what that looks like here:
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring with our Senior SP that goes beyond casework into the clinician, and the leader, you’re becoming.
- A clear path into leadership.
Our LeaderShift program is a 12-week development experience we built in-house for the people we see leading Zoe one day.
- The chance to mentor a new grad of your own. Few things sharpen your practice faster than teaching it.
- Senior and lead roles that open up as we grow, built with you rather than dangled in front of you.
- A seat on our Solomon Islands outreach trips, where our clinicians use their skills somewhere it changes lives.
We’ve built our whole onboarding on one belief: competence is what creates real confidence. Get the foundations solid and the courage follows. That holds for your first week and your fifth year.
Proof we mean it
We were recognised in the top 1% at the 2025 Telstra Best of Business Awards. But the number we’re prouder of is how long our people stay. Recently a team member wrote: "I'm so grateful I found Zoe. My time here has grown my confidence, my skills and my leadership. It's an environment built for people to flourish, I actually look forward to coming to work."
How we keep you growing
- Fortnightly SP-specific PD and case reviews, plus fortnightly MDT meetings to stretch you beyond your discipline.
- A $2,000 annual external PD fund and generous PD leave, yours to spend on the direction you’re chasing.
- Online courses, a full resource library, and templates that take the grind out of reports and emails.
- A solid Employee Assistance Program for when life needs it.
- Quarterly off-site team days and an annual retreat. (Yes, there’s usually a palm tree involved.)
The bits that make the week feel good
- Full-time roles with real flexibility in how your week is shaped. And if you're after part-time, returning to work, or balancing family, we'll happily talk it through for the right person.
- A team that finds a reason to celebrate each other and what we do, everyday.
- A paid day off on your birthday, and cake on your first day back obviously!
- Snacks within reach, coffee as a staple, and a workspace that actually feels calm.
- A real say in how the clinic runs, and a hand in outreach work that’s bigger than the day-to-day.
- A salary package built for you, with rewards that go well above your base.
What you’d be doing
Face-to-face sessions (and the odd tele) across clinic and community. Coaching parents, carers and educators. Planning, delivering and reviewing your clients’ care. Working alongside the team so every child gets support that joins up.
The pay
We show it because you deserve to know before you spend your time, and because a package with rewards and PD above your base should be a reason to come, not a mystery to uncover. To learn more about progression and leadership development - reach out, we'd love to show you how you can truly enjoy your life more (including your work!).
If you’ve been nodding along, let’s have a coffee. Email Lauren at ***********@zoealliedhealth.com.au or fill in the form on our website, and we’ll be in touch. And if you’re close but not certain you tick every box, reach out anyway, the best conversations often start there. We can’t wait to meet you. ☕
