Bluegrass BBQ at Eatons Hill is looking to welcome some new kitchen teammates to our crew!

Having been in operation for nearly eight years, we've built a strong reputation on the BBQ restaurant scene for consistency, quality food and genuine hospitality.

As we gear up for the festive period, we're looking to bring on a couple of Chefs/Cooks who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about what we do.

The positions will initially be on a casual basis, with the potential for full-time opportunities for the right people.

We believe great food and great hospitality start with a great team. We also believe that working in hospitality shouldn't mean sacrificing your entire life outside the kitchen.

Our leaders work a 38-hour week, with additional hours often available, and enjoy approximately 2.5 days off per week.

Add to that no late nights, and we believe we've created a working environment that supports a much healthier work-life balance than many traditional restaurant kitchens.

Our ideal teammates

We're looking for people who:

- Have a minimum of three years' experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.

- Have an eye for detail and are willing to go the extra mile when needed.

- Understand and appreciate the importance of meeting our standards and sending consistently high-quality food to our guests.

- Can work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team.

- Are available to work evenings and weekends.





- Can have fun at work while still taking pride in their responsibilities, meeting expectations and committing to the team's mission.
