The clinic you start in shapes how you practise, how quickly you develop, and how confident you feel with each patient. We built our new graduate role with this in mind so that you never feel like you’re doing this alone. We achieve this with the following practices:

Our New Graduate Program

We recognise that moving from supervised placements to managing your own caseload is a big step. The components that make up our new graduate program are:

- Orientation to the clinic, the team and how we work is completed over the first two days.

- Weekly in-house professional development sessions hosted by senior physios covering a wide breadth of MSK topics.

- Sitting in with senior physios to see how experienced clinicians assess, manage and communicate.

- Daily patient reviews, much like the case discussions you had at uni. You’ll talk through your clinical reasoning, check your plans and build confidence one patient at a time.

Mentoring

You’ll always have access to a senior physio. Like when you were at uni, if you have questions before, during or after an appointment, you’ll have someone there for support.





Longer Appointments

We don’t believe time pressure helps when you’re just starting out. All your appointments will be at least 40 minutes at the start, longer if you need. Once you feel ready, you can move to our standard 30 minute appointments.

Career Progression Opportunities

We’re a growing clinic so our senior and leadership positions aren’t already filled by long-standing staff, which is often the case at older/large practices. We have pathways into special interest areas such as women’s health, into senior physiotherapy roles, and even toward clinic directorship.

The Role

Your Caseload

You’ll see a varied musculoskeletal caseload with a mix of sporting injuries, chronic conditions and acute presentations. There are also future opportunities to upskill into women’s health as we are looking to expand into this area in the coming years. You can also undergo in-house upskilling to treat our vestibular and TMJ patients.

Access to Rehab Equipment

You'll have full access to the commercial gym next door so you have the space and equipment to take rehab beyond the treatment room.

Developing Special Interests

As you develop, we’ll help you steer your caseload toward your clinical interests, whether that’s women’s health,



runners, chronic pain, or other areas of MSK physio.
