About the Role

At Night n Day, our Customer Service team plays a vital role in shaping the experience of every person who interacts with our products. As the first point of contact for customers, partners, and community stakeholders, this role is central to delivering the care, professionalism, and responsiveness that define who we are.

Our Customer Service Team support customers from initial enquiry through to order completion, account management and beyond. This position handles enquiries via phone, and email, while accurately processing sales orders and providing high-quality support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, problem‑solving, communicating clearly, & contributing to a positive, customer‑focused culture.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail/sales or a similar customer-facing role.





- Proven experience delivering positive customer experiences and resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a friendly, empathetic and professional approach.

- Intermediate computers skills and confidence learning new systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

- Good organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deploy problem solving skills.

- A proactive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work in a high demand, customer centric environment.

- The ability to remain calm, patient and solutions-focused when handling challenging enquiries. (inbound/outbound calls, emails, tickets & walk-ins)

- Ability to identify sales opportunities and actively promote products and services to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
