Ringwood Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance & Aftermarket Trainee to join our team, representing Nissan, MG and JMC along with a busy Used Vehicle Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in automotive finance and aftermarket sales, learning directly from an experienced industry professional who will provide the training, guidance and support needed to succeed.

About the Role

You will learn how to identify customer needs and present a range of finance and aftermarket solutions to enhance the vehicle ownership experience.

Your training will include:

● Automotive finance and insurance products

● Aftermarket products and accessories.

● Presenting tailored solutions to customers.

● Working closely with our vehicle sales team.

● Developing strong customer relationships and sales skills.

● Learning the processes and compliance requirements of automotive finance.

About You

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, motivated to succeed and passionate about building a career in the automotive industry.

Ideally, you will have:

● Previous automotive sales experience, either in vehicle sales or aftermarket sales, preferred but not essential.





● Strong communication and people skills.

● A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● A skilled approach and excellent attention to detail.

● A strong work ethic and a desire to achieve results.

● The ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service.
