About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn & Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a stable, long‑term position working Monday to Friday, 6:00am–1:30pm. You'll be responsible for maintaining lawns and outdoor areas across residential and commercial sites, ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and presentable.

? Key Responsibilities

- Mowing lawns using push and ride‑on mowers

- Whipper‑snipping, edging, and blowing down paths

- Hedge trimming and basic pruning

- Weed control and general garden tidy‑ups

- Rubbish and green waste removal

- Reporting any hazards, damage, or maintenance issues

- Following safety procedures and site requirements

? What We're Looking For

- Experience in lawn or grounds maintenance preferred





- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

- Good communication skills

- Driver's licence an advantage

- Reliable transport to various work sites is essential

- Moderate lifting ability required for this physically demanding outdoor role
