We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to undertake a range of carpentry and construction activities across residential projects. You will need to be fluent in and be able to read Greek language and Albanian language, as most of our clients are from this background. You will be responsible for completing high-quality carpentry works in accordance with project specifications, drawings, safety requirements, and established construction standards. This role will work closely with site teams and other trades to support the successful delivery of projects and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role will have the following operational outcomes.

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, steel, and other materials.

- Install structural steel components, including beams, columns, braces and masonry fixings.

- Apply cladding to buildings, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.

- Construct and install balustrades, handrails, and other safety features.





- Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on carpentry tools and equipment.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

ABOUT YOU:

- Trade qualified, minimum of Cert III

- Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated

- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team

- Solid communication skills- especially being able to read, write and converse in Greek and Albanian
