We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team. This isn’t your run of the mill sales role or boring dispatch job. In this position you will work alongside our tightknit team to assist customers and deliver the best in premium accessories and parts.

You will have mixed duties in sales and dispatch without any two days the same. This exciting roll will see you have exposure to our workshop and dyno centre as well as new to market accessories and parts.

About the role:

You will work alongside a small team in both sales, manufacturing and service divisions to undertake the following:

- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone and via email

- Quote and invoice customers

- Dispatch and pack online orders

- Retail, trade and wholesale 4WD accessory enquiries

- Provide sales and support information

- Involvement in new to market products

(Training of products and systems is provided)

About you:

- Proven experience within a similar role in 4WD workshops or sales

- Must have a high level of customer service

- Good presentation, interpersonal, sales skills

- A passion for 4WD driving, ownership or recreational 4WD experience

- General knowledge of 4WD accessories in the market place

- Cheerful, positive and friendly phone manner

- Ability to learn our dispatch and online freight systems

- Computer literate





- Current South Australian “Car” drivers licence

- Australian resident living in Adelaide

(Occasional heavy lifting is required ie bullbars and tanks, with assistance)
