Know community pharmacy from the inside and love being out on the road? RevelareDX is looking for a Sales Representative to join the business in a ground-floor role, putting the company's diabetes monitoring and rapid test products in front of Melbourne pharmacies, building your own book of accounts and growing with the business.

About RevelareDX

RevelareDX is a founder-led Australian healthcare business on a mission to make at-home testing affordable, through rapid antigen tests and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) units for type 2 diabetes. The company supplies these products to the Australian pharmacy market. It is a small, ambitious business building its team from the ground up, so the person in this role will help shape how the team works and the culture it creates.

What you will do

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be the face of RevelareDX in community pharmacy, starting in Melbourne and expanding nationally over time. Here is a taste of what you will be doing:

Visiting 8 to 10 pharmacies a day across Melbourne, introducing the RevelareDX range and opening new accounts

Cold calling pharmacies in Melbourne and interstate to build a pipeline

Building strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staff, and growing your accounts

Training pharmacy teams and customers on the RevelareDX CGM device

Generating orders, handling sales enquiries and occasionally preparing and delivering orders

Uncovering opportunities beyond retail pharmacy, including aged care suppliers and government tenders

What you will bring

RevelareDX is ideally looking for someone with 3 to 4 years of sales experience.



Candidates with less experience who know pharmacy and have the drive to sell are also encouraged to apply; the salary will be matched to experience.

Sales experience, ideally 3 to 4 years (less experience considered)

A strong understanding of community pharmacy and how pharmacies buy

Confidence selling face to face and on the phone, including cold calling

A friendly, personable manner and robust communication skills

A self-starter who is hard-working, adaptable and comfortable working independently

A current Australian driver's licence and comfort travelling daily across Melbourne

Australian citizenship, and willingness to complete a police check

Bonus points for: Sales or customer service experience within a pharmacy retailer such as Chemist Warehouse

Previous pharmaceutical or medical sales representative experience

Experience with government tenders

No technical pharmaceutical or scientific background is needed; RevelareDX will train the right person.
