What you’ll be doing

- Lead and execute testing activities across a large-scale migration and transformation program.
- Work closely with delivery teams across nine squads, supporting quality assurance and successful delivery.
- Develop and execute manual test strategies while helping build and expand automation frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage and overall quality.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with program objectives.

What we’re looking for

Life3 – Life Insurance

- Strong experience testing within life insurance, ideally with hands-on knowledge of Life3.
- Experience across both manual testing and test automation is highly desirable.
- Ability to help build out automation capabilities, with an existing framework and proof of concept providing a foundation to develop further.
- Candidates with solid Life3 and life insurance experience will be considered, even without automation experience.

Salesforce

- Strong testing experience within Salesforce environments.




- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, ideally Playwright.
- Ability to work across manual testing and automation, helping improve testing coverage and efficiency.

The ideal candidate

We’re particularly interested in senior-level testers and test engineers who combine robust domain knowledge with practical testing experience. Life3 experience is particularly valuable, and candidates who bring both Life3 and Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.
