Enaeline is seeking an entrepreneurial, proactive and driven Service Coordinator to lead and grow our disability support services across Perth and Northam.

This is not a desk-based coordination role. We are looking for someone who wants to take genuine ownership of a growing service, almost as though they are running their own small business within Enaeline.

You will have end-to-end responsibility for establishing and growing services, recruiting and supporting staff, coordinating high-quality supports, developing local relationships and ensuring services remain compliant, responsive and sustainable.

Importantly, you will also be willing to roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support when needed to maintain continuity for clients.

What you'll be responsible for

- Growing Enaeline's presence and client base across Perth and Northam.

- Developing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and visiting/community-based support services.

- Building relationships and referral networks with participants, families, support coordinators and other stakeholders.

- Identifying new service and business opportunities.

- Managing enquiries and supporting the onboarding of new participants.

- Recruiting, onboarding, coordinating and supporting disability support workers.

- Managing day-to-day rostering and service delivery to ensure continuity of support.

- Developing a reliable and responsive local workforce as services grow.

- Monitoring service quality, documentation and compliance requirements.

- Working to agreed minimum monthly performance and business growth KPIs.

- Providing hands-on participant support where required to maintain service continuity.

- Working collaboratively with Enaeline's existing Bunbury team, while taking ownership of Perth and Northam operations.

About you

We are particularly interested in someone who:

- Has a good working understanding of the NDIS and disability service setting.

- Has demonstrated experience establishing,



coordinating or growing SIL and/or visiting support services.

- Is commercially aware and comfortable developing new business and referral relationships.

- Has a sound understanding of disability service quality, safeguarding and compliance requirements.

- Can recruit, coordinate and lead frontline staff.

- Is highly organised and comfortable managing competing operational priorities.

- Takes initiative and does not need to be closely managed.

- Is prepared to be hands-on when operational needs require it.

- Understands that sustainable growth must go hand-in-hand with quality service delivery.

- Enjoys being accountable for results and working towards measurable targets.

- Can work independently in Perth while remaining connected and collaborative with a broader team.

Employment details

- Part-time – 25 hours per week initially

- 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

- Perth-based, with responsibility for service growth across Perth and Northam

- SCHADS Award Level 3.1

- Performance will be measured against agreed minimum monthly KPIs

- Regular collaboration with the existing Bunbury-based team

- Some direct participant support will form part of the role where required for service continuity
