About the role

Little V by Valentinos is a brand-new Italian restaurant opening in Robina, Gold Coast. We are recruiting experienced and passionate chefs to join our opening team. We are the sister restaurant to the iconic Valentinos Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, a successful, family-owned restaurant that has been serving the Gold Coast community for over 33 years.

Key responsibilities

Experienced Grill Chef:

- Proven experience working on the grill in a busy, high-volume restaurant

- Confident preparing and cooking a variety of meats, steaks and seafood dishes to a consistently high standard

- Excellent knowledge of cooking temperatures, timing and food presentation

- Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods

Experienced Chef / Chef de Partie:

- Qualified chef with proven experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen

- Confident working on the pans, preparing pasta dishes, sauces and other Italian specialties

- Ability to manage your section independently while maintaining consistency and quality

- Experience with Italian cuisine is highly regarded

Qualified Pizza Chef:

- Proven experience preparing and cooking traditional Italian-style pizzas

- Experience operating a conveyor pizza oven is essential

- Skilled in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings and maintaining consistent quality

- Ability to work efficiently and manage high volumes of pizza orders during busy service

About you

- Qualified and experienced chefs with a passion for quality food





- Previous experience working in busy, high-volume restaurant kitchens

- Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

- Clean, reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively within a team

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your section

- Commitment to maintaining high food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards

- Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends, school holidays and public holidays
